Concrete dirt/soil/sand/earthen material are limited to 3 yards due to weight ABSOLUTELY NO MORE THAN 3 YARDS

If the dumpster is over loaded we will have no option but to remove the excess weight on site. Hazardous items not allowed as per Florida DOT regulations. Toxic chemical Tires Liquid paint Propane tanks and engine batteries we will take but place them next to the dumpster NOT in.

Our driver will load them in a special area on the truck Appliances Special load requirements: Appliances MUST be emptied of contents and placed in the rear up against the dumpster door with no debris loaded on top of them or between door.

Appliances are unloaded at a different area of the landfill and in order NOT to be charged an additional unloading fee s they must be places at the very rear door of the dumpster where our driver can push them out ! .
